I just tried to widen this text box a bit, so the pictures wouldn't be cut in half. Lets see what happens when I try to post a picture here:



Okay, not that bad. The hat was a gift to friend living in a cold place. The pattern is

Star Crossed Slouchy Beret by Natalie Larson. My yarn was thinner so I added stitches and knit more repeats. It came out really nice, but a bit smaller then intended. Luckily the recipient says it fits her. :)
